The personal information we collect may include your name, phone number, gender, and other information that allows us to meet your specific needs. You are free to choose what contents of personal information (if any) you wish to provide to us. You can choose not to provide us with specific details, but we may not be able to provide you with the relevant information or services, or process your request.

If necessary, we will ask you to provide the personal information of another person (for example: information about the owner or emergency contact person). Please note that to better protect your data, please do not provide credit card numbers, passport or identification information in electronic communications unless we specifically request it during the booking or transaction fulfillment process.

• Conduct market research through questionnaires to better meet the needs of you and cats, improve our efficiency, improve cats’ accommodation experience, and enrich our diverse contacts, advertising campaigns and promotions.
  

Catwalk Hotel will not sell, rent, or give your personal information to non-affiliated third parties. The personal data you provide to us will only be utilised within the Company for internal use. The circumstances under which we may disclose your information to third parties include:

• When complying with the requirements of law, court order or subpoena pursuant to existing law or court order;

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of your submitted personal data. However, we assume no responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your personal data. Personal Data Retention Period

The personal data you provide will be retained until the completion of the purpose for which the data was collected, or a longer period issued by the regulatory agency. Unless you have given your consent for continued use, personal data will be destroyed not more than seven years of retention.
